Description

Manage and coordinate all e-commerce activities, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth operations and achievement of business goals. You will analyze KPIs, optimize the user experience to improve conversion and customer satisfaction, and implement e-commerce trends. You will also lead e-commerce projects and collaborate with Marketing and IT on development, maintenance, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate e-commerce activities (B2C e-shops, marketplace)

• Plan, implement, and monitor online commerce activities

• Analyze and evaluate performance (sales, conversion rates, traffic)

• Monitor key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities

• Optimize website functionality and UX to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty

• Track and implement e-commerce trends and innovations

• Manage e-commerce projects in collaboration with Marketing and IT teams

Requirements

• Secondary or university education (ideally marketing, business, or IT)

• Analytical and business mindset

• Basic knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Sklik, Meta)

• Responsibility and attention to detail

• Team spirit; willingness to learn and develop

• Ability to learn with new systems

• Organizational skills and independence

• Professional and friendly communication

• Communication skills

• Salary: 40,000–55,000 CZK gross/month depending on experience (includes goal-based and personal bonuses)
