Description

You ensure product, customer, and marketing data arrives in the right systems—complete, consistent, and high quality. You manage end-to-end data flows between ERP, PIM, CRM, shop, EDI, and additional systems, and build a modern data landscape together with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing. Your goal is to improve processes, enable automation, and strengthen digital value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own a central data landscape, including quality and availability of key company data

  • Manage end-to-end data flows across ERP, PIM, CRM, shop, EDI, and other systems

  • Continuously develop data standards and governance structures

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability

  • Define transparent KPIs and establish monitoring processes for data quality and interfaces

  • Analyze existing processes and continuously improve them

  • Lead and further develop EDI processes

  • Coordinate data exchange with customers and external partners

  • Analyze and sustainably resolve data and interface issues

  • Standardize and automate data-driven processes

  • Translate requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Product Management into technical solutions

  • Work closely with IT, Purchasing, and business stakeholders

  • Coordinate external service providers and partners

  • Support data-driven Sales and Marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Multi-year experience in data management, master data management, or EDI

  • Very good understanding of ERP, PIM, CRM, shop, and BI systems

  • Experience with interfaces, data models, and data structures

  • Understanding of business processes across the digital value chain

  • Experience analyzing and optimizing complex data processes

  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured working style

  • Strong process mindset

  • Team-oriented approach

  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
