Description

You will build and manage sales forecast and product planning for an e-commerce channel, including analysis of margins, profitability, sales performance, and inventory levels (with safe stock). The role includes working with large datasets to prepare reports and business recommendations, monitoring trends and deviations, and implementing planning processes for a new online sales channel.

Responsibilities

• Create sales and product forecasts for e-commerce

• Analyze margin, profitability, achievement of sales goals, and business results

• Plan inventory positions, stock levels (safe stock), and optimize stocking

• Analyze product rotation and recommend online assortment

• Prepare reports, analyses, and business recommendations from large datasets

• Monitor sales results, identify trends, deviations, and improvement areas

• Co-create and implement planning processes for the new e-commerce channel

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, purchasing, marketing, and external partners

• Support the project to launch online sales; identify risks and improvements

• Support decisions on assortment, promotions, and inventory levels

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, demand planning, merchandise planning, or commercial planning

• E-commerce experience

• Very good MS Excel skills

• Experience working with large volumes of data

• Practical knowledge of sales and demand forecasting

• Experience analyzing sales, margins, and warehouse inventory

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business decisions

• Ability to independently build processes and recommendations

• Very good English
