Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities:Design, build and maintain accessible Power BI reports, dashboards and reporting outputs for corporate impact KPIsDevelop robust Power Query transformations, semantic data models, relationships, calculations and DAX measuresClean, process and model quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources, including survey responses and stakeholder feedbackDevelop data-quality checks, validation rules, exception reporting and reconciliations to improve accuracy, completeness and consistencyApply agreed KPI definitions, calculation logic, metadata, ownership and governance controls within reporting solutionsIntegrate reporting processes with SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, supporting automation of repeatable reporting activitiesWork with the Business Analyst and stakeholders to understand reporting questions, translate requirements into useful visualisations and iterate solutions through feedbackSupport testing, deployment, access management, refresh monitoring, issue resolution and transition into business-as-usual supportProduce clear technical documentation, data dictionaries, report specifications, test evidence, user guidance and handover materialsContribute analytical evidence to the stakeholder and organisational engagement data discovery and future investment roadmapRequirements:Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience developing Power BI solutions, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling and visualisationExperience connecting and preparing data from SharePoint and Microsoft 365 sources, and working with Teams, Microsoft Forms and Power AutomateExperience cleaning, processing and modelling a range of quantitative and qualitative data, including survey responsesPractical understanding of data governance, data quality assurance, validation, reconciliation and controlled reportingAbility to analyse business processes and translate stakeholder needs into clear, usable reporting and insight productsStrong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and technical documentation skillsExperience developing, testing, deploying and supporting repeatable reporting solutions rather than producing one-off dashboardsFluent EnglishNice to have:Experience supporting global operational functions or working in a large, matrix organisationCorporate performance, impact, compliance, assurance or audit reporting experienceEstates or facilities reporting experienceReporting automation design and integration across the Microsoft Power PlatformPower BI optimisation, performance tuning and refactoring of existing reports and models Offer:Constant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
