Description

Develop and manage data pipelines, transformations, and datasets for Power BI, integrating internal and external data sources. Set up automated data quality controls and design/optimize data models for business KPIs. Lead automation projects for sales, marketing, and RGM, and help build an in-house data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and Power BI datasets
• Integrate internal and external data sources (e.g., Nielsen, CMR, Focus)
• Implement automated data quality checks and validations
• Design and optimize KPI-focused data models
• Lead automation projects for sales, marketing, and RGM domains
• Build and maintain an in-house data warehouse

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics, BI, or Data/Analytics Engineering
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (ideally Databricks)
• Advanced Power BI skills, including work with datasets and semantic models
• English fluency
• Czech/Slovak fluency (German is a plus)
