Build efficient data models and semantic layers, connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX, and optimize existing reports for performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
• Build data models and semantic layers for data consistency and good report performance
• Connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX
• Collaborate with business users and data teams to understand reporting needs
• Optimize existing reports, datasets, and queries for performance and reliability
• Support data refresh processes, workspaces, and Power BI environments
• Ensure data quality, security, and access management in delivered solutions
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of BI standards

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Developer / Data Analyst
• Very good knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Practical experience in relational and dimensional data modelling
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases and various data sources
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, and data quality principles
• Experience with Power BI Service (workspaces, deployment, refreshes, access/security configuration)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions
• Good command of English for effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
