Description

Lead and deliver cutting-edge AI systems from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement. You will define AI system architecture, stay hands-on with implementation, and mentor engineering teams. You will collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing and scaling production-grade AI/ML systems
• 2+ years team lead experience in Agile environments
• Advanced Python expertise (AI/ML, web services, data engineering)
• Deep mastery of LLMs and GenAI, including open/closed-source models and advanced prompt engineering
• Expertise in RAG, Agentic AI, vector/hybrid search, document processing, guardrails, LLM evaluation, and monitoring/observability
• Experience with a major cloud platform (GCP/AWS/Azure) and associated managed ML services (Vertex AI/SageMaker, etc.)
• Strong English communication to lead stakeholder discussions
