Description

You will provide technical leadership for the development of an enterprise AI corporate platform. The role combines architecture, platform engineering, and GenAI, with responsibility for technical standards used by teams building AI solutions in a large organization. You will work closely with the Product Owner and the Architect to organize architecture, technology, and operations guidelines and to lead key technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture, technology, and operations standards for AI platform development

• Support and enable the engineering team

• Coordinate and lead critical technical alignment and decisions with stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical leadership or architecture

• Experience creating AI platforms for large organizations (financial institutions, insurance, or banks)

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and architecture

• Advanced Infrastructure as Code capabilities

• Hands-on experience with solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents

• Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, security, observability, governance, and cost optimization

• Fluent communication in Polish

• Good English

Preferred

• Familiarity with Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Azure Content Safety

• Awareness of regulations such as GDPR (RODO), DORA, and AI Act

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes
