Description

Manage and develop an economic ERP system from an IT perspective. Integrate the ERP with other information systems using APIs, database links, and web services, and support users by resolving technical incidents. Work with SQL databases, administer user roles and access permissions, and create/adjust print reports.

Responsibilities

• Administration and development of an economic ERP system (IT perspective)

• ERP integration with other systems via API, DB links, and web services

• SQL work: queries, checks, and data migration

• Technical problem solving and user support related to system solutions

• Management of user roles and access authorization

• Creation and modification of print reports

• Communication with vendors of information systems

Requirements

• Minimum high school education with a diploma (IT or economics track)

• Experience implementing, developing, and administering economic systems

• Basic knowledge of double-entry accounting, VAT, inventory evidence, fixed-asset evidence, financial documents, and process management

• Orientation in database systems and SQL knowledge

• Interest in new information technologies

• Communication skills, reliability, and responsible work approach

• Analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills

• Proactive mindset, teamwork, and willingness to learn

• Not suitable for pure customer support candidates without technical scope

• Not suitable for ERP end users without ERP administration or customization experience
