Description

You will support the implementation and then take ownership of the long-term operation and development of an Infor LN ERP system. The job includes user support, configuring and validating process workflows, supporting data migration, and handling user issues, requirements, and improvement ideas. You will also maintain documentation, deliver training, and collaborate with the ERP vendor and internal departments to continuously improve business processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate on implementation and development of an Infor LN ERP system

• Provide user support for the ERP system

• Configure, test, and verify processes in the system

• Prepare, review, and support data migration

• Record and resolve errors, user requests, and suggestions

• Create and update documentation and training materials

• Train key users and end users

• Work with the system vendor and individual departments

• Propose process optimization and further ERP solution development

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in a technical, economic, or process-focused field (SŠ/VŠ)

• ERP experience (advantage)

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantage)

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions

• Analytical thinking and a systematic approach

• Ability to prepare documentation and training materials

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Independence, attention to detail, and focus on details

• English knowledge (advantage)
