Description

You will lead the definition and implementation of an enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) process. The role covers governance, data ownership, operating rules, and TDM policies including data delivery, masking, retention, and refresh cycles, along with KPI reporting. You will also design automated test data delivery integrated with CI/CD pipelines for on-demand generation and refreshing, while running POC/pilot activities and driving adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the TDM strategy in collaboration with the Central Data Provisioning team
• Establish governance, ownership, and operational frameworks for test data
• Create TDM policies for delivery, masking, retention, and data refresh cycles; define KPI and effectiveness reporting
• Assess current-state processes/tools/responsibilities to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies
• Design the target operating model, define self-service solutions, and set roles/responsibilities across teams and ARTs
• Define an automated test data delivery approach and integrate TDM with CI/CD pipelines for on-demand provisioning
• Lead PoC/pilot initiatives and manage TDM rollout and adoption across the program

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or data management (TDM)
• Documented enterprise experience building and implementing TDM solutions
• Practical knowledge of Web services testing, including SOAP and SOA testing
• Working knowledge of Jenkins
• Experience with mobile performance testing
• Strong experience with TDM processes, data masking/anonymization, GDPR, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with end-to-end testing, test automation, and AI-supported automation
• CI/CD pipeline experience and Agile/DevOps operating model knowledge
• Experience/understanding of mainframe systems
• Experience managing test data across multiple integrated applications and distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience conducting TDM audits, building TDM strategy, and designing operating models
• Knowledge of masking and test data techniques: subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning, and provisioning
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
