Description

Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated test data assets and solutions for test data provisioning. Build self-service mechanisms so teams can access required test data on demand, including synthetic datasets with realistic business scenarios, edge cases, and negative test cases. Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security policies through data masking and anonymisation, and integrate provisioning with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable test data assets and automated test data provisioning solutions

• Build self-service mechanisms for on-demand access to test data

• Create synthetic test datasets (business-realistic scenarios, edge cases, negative test cases)

• Implement data masking and anonymisation compliant with GDPR and internal security policies

• Perform test data extraction, transformation, cloning, subsetting, refresh, and provisioning across non-production environments

• Support multiple teams and parallel testing with reliable and consistent datasets

• Integrate test data generation and provisioning with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

• Support automated regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Monitor test data availability and quality; troubleshoot and maintain datasets

• Maintain documentation on processes, standards, dependencies, and reusable solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation, or related areas

• Hands-on experience with Test Data Management solutions and automated test data provisioning

• Strong SQL knowledge and relational database concepts

• Experience with data extraction and transformation, test data generation, masking, cloning, and subsetting

• Experience supporting automated regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar

• Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices

• Experience with test automation and synthetic data generation tools

• Working experience in Agile environments

• English B2 level or higher
