Description

You will be the point of contact for software, hardware, and network problems. You will install, configure, deploy, and administer end devices, and handle user/computer/group administration as well as mailbox and permission management. You will also plan and administer server systems and network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN/WAN/VPN) and work with typical SME IT tools such as monitoring, virtualization, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Support and resolve software, hardware, and network issues

• Install, configure, deploy, and manage end devices

• Administer users, computers, groups, mailboxes, and permissions

• Plan and manage server systems and network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN/WAN/VPN)

• Implement and use common SME IT tools (e.g., monitoring, virtualization, configuration management)

Requirements

• Completed training as IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification

• Minimum 3 years of IT administration experience

• Structured and independent working approach

• Secure knowledge of Windows operating systems (Server and client editions)

• Strong skills with Active Directory, Exchange, Office, and M365

• Familiarity with standard hardware and software in workstation/server environments

• Very good German (at least C1)

• Good English skills
