Description

You will be responsible for ongoing IT security monitoring and for handling security events and incidents as part of a first-line SOC team. The work includes monitoring alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, and other security tools, performing initial analysis and classification, and logging, handling, and escalating security tickets.

You will also analyze DLP security policy violations and collaborate with IT and security teams, including participating in scheduled operational on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and handle alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, and other security tools
• Perform initial analysis and classification of security events and incidents
• Log, handle, and escalate security tickets
• Analyze security policy violations in DLP systems
• Collaborate with IT and security teams
• Participate in operational on-call duties according to the schedule

Requirements

• Experience in IT Service Desk, IT administration, SOC, or Cybersecurity
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and Windows/Linux systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic information security principles
• Secondary technical education or higher (IT/Cybersecurity preferred)
• English proficiency at B1 or higher (mainly for reading technical documentation)
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to follow procedures
