Description

Design, implement, integrate, and support platform services within enterprise OpenShift environments. You will own observability, core network and platform services, security integrations, and infrastructure automation to keep the platform reliable, scalable, secure, and operationally efficient.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, configure, and support OpenShift platform services across enterprise environments

• Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch)

• Configure and support core network and infrastructure services (TFTP, STP, DNS, DHCP)

• Implement and maintain security controls and integrations for IAM, PKI, platform hardening, backup and recovery, and file integrity monitoring

• Build and maintain infrastructure automation and deployment workflows using GitHub, GitOps, Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver stable platform operations

• Diagnose and resolve issues across platform, observability, service integration, security, and automation layers

• Create and maintain integration patterns, technical standards, operational procedures, and support documentation

• Drive continuous improvements in reliability, visibility, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience integrating and operating OpenShift or Kubernetes-based platforms

• Practical experience with Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Elasticsearch

• Working knowledge of core network and infrastructure services, especially DNS and DHCP

• Experience with IAM, PKI, platform hardening, backup and recovery, and file integrity monitoring

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible

• Familiarity with GitOps principles and Git-based development and deployment workflows

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
