Description

You will help create reusable, extensible, and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly into engineering workflows. The role emphasizes platform engineering across Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure, CI/CD, automation, and container technologies, using DevSecOps and secure-by-design practices. You will also apply Infrastructure as Code and developer platform tooling, with experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI in software development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain platform solutions that support engineering workflows

• Implement secure-by-design approaches using DevSecOps practices

• Use CI/CD, automation, and container technologies to deliver and manage platform capabilities

• Apply Infrastructure as Code and internal developer platform patterns

Requirements

• Kubernetes or OpenShift (deployments, manifests, core resources)

• Azure cloud platforms

• CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions)

• Automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)

• Software engineering background (Python, TypeScript, React)

• Hands-on container technologies (Docker)

• Git-based workflows and modern collaboration practices

• DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles

• Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI usage in software development

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)

• Experience and knowledge of Agile ways of working
