Description

You’ll work on client accounts to support media planning from assignment through evaluation, using data, insights, and campaign results. The role is designed to broaden your coverage across both online and offline media while increasing your involvement in strategy, recommendations, and client communication. Mentoring from more experienced team members will help you grow toward understanding the full media picture.

Responsibilities

• Work with a client account aligned on goals and expectations

• Handle media planning from brief/assignment to final evaluation

• Gradually expand your experience across online and offline media

• Use campaign data, insights, and performance results to inform decisions

• Increase participation in strategy and client recommendations

• Communicate with the client and progressively take on more responsibility

Requirements

• About 2 years of experience at a media agency and the ability to operate independently

• Understand the media environment and media planning basics

• Experience with at least online or offline media

• Strong ability to work with numbers and interpret their meaning

• Can handle deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously

• Confident client communication

• Asks why (context and rationale), not only what to do

• Desire to learn and take on more responsibility over time
