Description

Lead a results-oriented engineering team to design, build, and manage secure, scalable, highly available, performant, and operationally robust services. Drive the definition and delivery of multi-tier web services and distributed systems, working on products and integrations that connect cloud and on-prem environments. Hire and mentor Software Development Engineers and Salesforce Developers while partnering with senior leaders to set vision and goals.

Responsibilities

• Hire, build, and manage a high-functioning engineering team (Software Development Engineers and Salesforce Developers)
• Guide system and service design for security, scalability, availability, performance, and operational robustness
• Lead technical leadership and project management across the software development lifecycle
• Work with senior leaders to define and drive organizational vision, goals, and product strategy
• Work backwards from customer needs and support requirements gathering and feature definition
