Description

You will support clients working with the Vema HR and payroll system. Your task is to analyze their HR/payroll needs, help implement and adjust the system, train users, and reflect legislative payroll changes in the software—through regular phone and online communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and find solutions within HR IS Vema
• Participate in implementation and system customization for client needs
• Train users and provide methodological support
• Process payroll legislative changes and apply them in the system

Requirements

• Interest in IT systems and their use in payroll and HR
• Ability to understand (or willingness to learn) payroll accounting and HR processes
• Analytical thinking and ability to structure client requirements
• Professional, clear, respectful communication
• Motivation for long-term growth in a consulting role
• Advantage: experience with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Vema, Helios, OKsystem, Egje)
