Description

You will learn to work with the Helios ERP system and help companies use it according to their requirements. The role includes user training, investigating causes of system problems, supporting colleagues with implementations, and communicating with customers and internal team members. Prior Helios knowledge is not required—interest and willingness to learn are key.

Responsibilities

• Learn and work with the Helios ERP system
• Support companies in using Helios according to their specific needs
• Train and support system users
• Identify root causes of system issues and help resolve problems
• Support colleagues during ERP implementations
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Understanding of business processes, especially in manufacturing and warehousing
• Experience with information systems; Helios knowledge not required
• Communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous, independent, and team-oriented work style
• Driver’s license category B
