Description

You will implement and configure drug logistics functionality within a hospital information system. The work includes analyzing the customer’s processes, designing an optimal solution, setting up and managing product and nomenclature data, running logistics imports, and supporting XML-based communication between systems. You will also train users, support go-live (on-site and remote), and create user documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure logistics modules (supply, warehouses, master data, requests)
  • Analyze customer processes and propose an optimal solution
  • Set up and administer product master data and nomenclatures; manage logistics imports (batch and automated)
  • Handle system-to-system communication (synchronization, XML communication)
  • Train end users and IT administrators
  • Provide support during go-live and ongoing service (on-site and remote)
  • Communicate with hospital customers; collaborate with analysts and developers
  • Create user documentation

Requirements

  • Orientation in IT or information systems
  • Interest in healthcare and logistics processes
  • Analytical thinking and ability to understand customer needs
  • Strong communication skills in a client-facing role
  • Independence, proactive approach, and teamwork
  • Secondary or higher education (preferably IT, technical, or healthcare)
  • Experience with customer communication and ability to design end-user workflows
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacy/healthcare systems; ideally SQL
  • Valid driver’s license (category B) and willingness to travel within the Czech Republic
