Description

Join a core team building a modern, modular e-commerce platform used by leading online retailers. You’ll help create and evolve scalable architecture and microservices that allow fast development and effective scaling of new modules. Expect detailed code reviews, continuous iteration toward production-ready features, and opportunities to grow your ideas into real improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve scalable e-commerce platform architecture
• Build and maintain microservices to enable rapid module creation and scaling
• Work with integrations and developer-focused e-commerce product challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement of features through bug fixes and enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of programming experience in an object-oriented language (PHP, Python, C#, .NET, Go, Scala, Java or similar)
• Hands-on experience with in-stream data processing using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ or similar
• Experience with MySQL or SQL Server or similar database technologies
• Experience with REST API, GraphQL, SOAP, XML or other communication technologies
• Ability and interest in working in a rapidly changing environment
