Description

You will independently manage key projects for an internal CRM system/client portal—from design through development, deployment, and day-to-day operations. You’ll plan and monitor tasks and quality, coordinate communication between IT and other departments, and provide technical oversight for architectural decisions and complex blockers. You’ll also lead a group of IT programmers while improving processes, methodologies, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop key projects for the internal CRM system/client portal
• Plan tasks, track deadlines, and ensure output quality
• Coordinate IT collaboration with other departments and company leadership
• Participate in architecture decisions and help resolve complex technical issues
• Improve working procedures, introduce methodologies, and oversee documentation
• Lead a team of IT programmers

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT development experience (SQL, PHP, GitHub/Git)
• Actively use AI; interest in trends and modern development practices
• Familiar with neural networks; interest in data science
• People leadership skills: listen and assign tasks clearly
• Strong organizational abilities: plan time and priorities effectively
• Proactive, flexible, and practical approach to problem-solving
