Description

You will advise customers on choosing the right diagnostic device and provide technical support after training. The role includes customer communication, hands-on assistance (e.g., installations and programming-related tasks), and support for additional e-shop and store operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email and phone

• Provide in-person customer support at the store

• Provide technical support to other team members

• Help with other specialist tasks such as device installation and programming-related work

• Support e-shop operations as needed (e.g., content creation, administration)

Requirements

• Experience in automotive or strong interest in the field

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in customer support or e-commerce

• Fluent Czech (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of English to understand technical documents and find information

• Positive, proactive team mindset

• Accuracy, reliability, and independence
