Description

Lead client risk management projects, managing a small project team and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Analyze and clean data, then build and validate risk models and risk indicators in line with methodologies and regulatory requirements. Maintain regular communication with clients and mentor junior colleagues while supporting business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects in risk management
• Lead a project team of 1–3 people and coordinate colleagues’ work
• Ensure quality, scope, and on-time delivery of project outputs according to client expectations
• Analyze and evaluate data, including data cleaning and statistical processing
• Compute and model risk indicators in line with applicable methods and regulatory requirements
• Develop and validate risk models
• Communicate regularly with clients
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Contribute to business development opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• University degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or physics
• Knowledge of risk management in the financial sector, especially credit, market, and operational risk
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics
• Experience with at least one of: Python, R, SAS, Matlab, VBA, MS Excel
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop colleagues
• Ability to manage client communication and understand needs to propose solutions
• Effective communication in English
