Description

You will assess cybersecurity training needs across the organizations you support, then plan, organize, and deliver in-person training for selected staff. In parallel, you will work with an external vendor to deliver e-learning training, create training plans for core staff, and collaborate closely with cybersecurity managers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cybersecurity training needs for supported organizations (hospitals, offices, schools)
• Prepare, organize, and deliver in-person cybersecurity training
• Coordinate e-learning cybersecurity training with an external provider
• Create training plans for core employees
• Collaborate with cybersecurity managers
• Develop promotional materials, guides, and handbooks
• Manage cybersecurity content for the center’s website and other social channels (searching, publishing, updating)
• Promote the center at secondary schools, universities, and other public institutions
• Increase cybersecurity awareness and monitor current cybersecurity trends
• Travel to supported organizations and participate in meetings

Requirements

• Experience in education, course/seminar organization, and e-learning training
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage projects
• Czech language proficiency
• Valid B driving license; active driver
• Clean criminal record
