• Role: Cyber Security Auditor

Description

You will lead internal and external cyber security audits, assessing security posture and compliance across technical and business controls. You will improve internal security processes by setting up frameworks such as ISMS and preparing the organization for requirements like NIS2, DORA, and the Cyber Security Act. You will also support customers with security status insights, identify weaknesses, and propose remediation measures that make sense technically, for the business, and for regulators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external cyber security audits

• Improve security processes and set up ISMS-related frameworks

• Support readiness for NIS2, DORA, and the Cyber Security Act

• Assess customers’ security status, identify gaps, and recommend remediation measures

• Participate in presales activities and proposal preparation; occasionally present findings to C-level executives

Requirements

• Experience delivering cyber/information security audits (internal and external)

• Ability to assess compliance against ISO 27001, NIS2, ZKB/DORA, and GDPR

• Strong orientation in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies

• Ability to run an audit project end-to-end, from scope definition to presenting outputs

• Clear communication skills with both technical staff and executives

• Customer-oriented, solution-focused mindset

• Native Czech and English at least B2

• Advantage: certifications such as CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP; consulting/audit firm experience; understanding of security technologies and operational aspects
