Description

Collaborate with the cyber security manager on how cybersecurity law requirements are translated into practice and reflected in information system architecture. Develop and maintain security standards, methodologies, and architectural principles with long-term validity and real impact in public administration. Lead and coordinate complex cybersecurity projects from analysis and solution design through deployment in real operations, and provide expert consultation to leadership and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate legal cybersecurity requirements into practical measures and architecture for information systems
• Create and develop long-term security standards, methods, and architectural principles
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end cybersecurity projects (analysis, solution design, implementation)
• Provide expert consulting to management, IT teams, and projects
• Design, develop, and operate information systems and applications with security oversight of the ICT environment
• Contribute to development of cybersecurity concepts and strategies
• Assess risks and propose systemic security measures
• Ensure safe connection of the organization to key state infrastructure (KIVS, CMS)
• Ensure compliance with eGovernment architecture and public administration security requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree (master’s program)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Systems thinking and strategic thinking
• Interest in the field
