Description

• Lead monitoring, control, and optimization of cybersecurity department processes, including methodological guidance.

• Coordinate core cybersecurity projects within the department, supervise progress, and maintain an overview of project fulfillment against contracted services.

• Manage contracted services and SLAs, handle impacts to the cybersecurity function, and manage cybersecurity department requirements toward technical and operations units.

• Communicate with customers, internal sales teams, and service delivery managers to prepare and deliver services.

• Conduct control activities, train end users, and provide customer support for the service.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of ICT technologies and orientation in cybersecurity environments, especially experience operating SOC/CSIRT.

• English at a communicative level.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional approach toward internal teams and customers.

• Independence, attention to detail, organizational skills, conceptual thinking, and results focus.

• Flexibility, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
