Description

Manage and develop the organization’s information security strategy, including defining security standards and ensuring their implementation and compliance. Identify cybersecurity gaps, propose improvements, and coordinate their realization. Develop and manage the security management system, evaluate security controls and risks, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the information security strategy
  • Create security standards and ensure they are implemented and followed
  • Identify weaknesses in the current cybersecurity state and coordinate remediation
  • Develop and manage the security management system (asset management and security risk evaluation)
  • Assess the suitability and effectiveness of security measures and further develop them
  • Collaborate with internal organizational units and third-party entities
  • Provide regular reporting on cybersecurity status, main risks, and accepted measures to top management

Requirements

  • University degree or technical secondary education focused on IT or cybersecurity
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in ICT
  • Basic knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (ZoKB, NIST, ISO 27k)
  • Practical experience implementing cybersecurity tools and processes
  • Knowledge of relevant domain technologies
  • English language knowledge
