Description

Manage, develop, and oversee information and cybersecurity across multiple European sites. Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable legislation including NIS2. Identify and evaluate security risks, propose measures to minimize them, and support security awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the management and development of information and cybersecurity across European sites
• Ensure alignment between internal standards, customer requirements, legislation, and NIS2
• Identify security risks and design measures to minimize them
• Manage and oversee security technologies (SOC, EDR/XDR)
• Create, manage, and update security documentation, policies, and standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Build security awareness through training and awareness activities
• Collaborate with external vendors and security partners
• Support security projects across the organization
• Participate in day-to-day IT department operations

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education
• At least 3 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
• Experience in managing security incidents and security monitoring
• Knowledge of security standards, regulatory requirements, and NIS2
• Experience with SOC and EDR/XDR tools (CrowdStrike is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of networks, server technologies, and cloud services
• Advantage: experience in a manufacturing environment
• English communication skills for daily work
• Analytical thinking, independence, and ability to coordinate across teams
