Description

You will ensure the company operates in accordance with legal requirements, internal directives, and ethical standards. You will participate in designing and implementing compliance rules and processes, evaluate compliance risks, and propose prevention measures. You will also support internal audit and management through training, control mechanisms, and GDPR-related advisory activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards
• Create and implement compliance regulations and processes
• Evaluate potential compliance risks and propose prevention approaches
• Prepare and lead specialist trainings; set up control mechanisms
• Support internal audit and management
• Cooperate with the responsible person for BOZP and PO
• Ensure alignment with GDPR and related legislation
• Monitor and assess personal-data processing activities at managed organizations
• Provide guidance to leadership and employees on data protection
• Train employees and raise awareness of personal-data protection
• Maintain internal GDPR documentation (records of processing activities)

Requirements

• University degree or secondary education
• At least 5 years of experience (preferably in law, audit, IT security, etc.)
• Experience in a similar position and orientation in compliance/law/GDPR
• Presentation and communication skills
• Analytical thinking; ability to work independently and communicate effectively across organizations
• Category B driver’s license
• Clean criminal record
