Description

You will independently lead verification of organizational compliance with cybersecurity regulatory requirements (especially KSC/NIS2) and drive improvements across security systems and processes. The role includes log/alert analysis, incident handling with documentation and reporting, and co-ownership of business continuity and disaster recovery planning. You will also plan and coordinate security audits and penetration tests, develop/update security policies and procedures with the Data Protection Officer and legal team, and support data-protection breach analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and analyze compliance with KSC/NIS2 cybersecurity regulations and key-entity obligations

  • Run cybersecurity awareness training and educational activities

  • Supervise security systems; initiate and implement new security solutions

  • Continuously analyze security logs, alerts, and reports; handle, document, and report incidents

  • Co-create, maintain, and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans (including recovery tests and post-incident reviews)

  • Support development/deployment teams with security best practices throughout the software lifecycle

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate security audits and penetration tests; document results and supervise remediation of recommendations

  • Create, update, and develop security policies and procedures with the Data Protection Officer and legal team

  • Support the Data Protection Officer with analysis of personal-data protection violations and risk assessment

Requirements

  • Several years of operational/technical cybersecurity experience (monitoring, log/alert analysis, incident handling)

  • Experience conducting security audits and coordinating penetration tests

  • Practical experience creating and maintaining security policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of KSC/NIS2 requirements

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools/solutions and readiness to co-develop the security tooling stack

  • Knowledge of security best practices in the software development process and ability to collaborate with engineering teams

  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and lead training/education activities

  • Communicative English (spoken and written)

  • High independence, good organization, and ability to set priorities
