Description

You will ensure security processes run effectively for a set of enterprise information systems, including compliance with security rules and correct configuration. You will manage security threats, assess incidents, and connect security requirements with development, operations, and technical solutions through SSDLC. You will also help create security methodologies and standards, provide consulting and training, and support customer-facing security proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security processes function for the assigned group of information systems

• Monitor compliance with security rules and their proper setup

• Lead threat handling and support removal of identified threats

• Assess security incidents and help determine root causes, impacts, and next steps

• Map security requirements to development, operations, and technical system solutions

• Contribute to security methodologies, standards, and security rules together with the CSO

• Support teams with security questions as a consulting partner

• Support creation of the security section in customer proposals

• Share knowledge via training and consulting

• Regularly communicate with management and translate security topics into clear conclusions

• When needed, dive into documentation, architecture, or technical details to understand how things work

Requirements

• Experience in IT security, security consulting, IT, or a related area

• Basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002

• Orientation in ZoKB and NIS2

• Understanding of enterprise information system operations

• Familiarity with incident, change, availability, identity, backups, and operational risk topics

• Awareness of SSDLC and where security intersects with development

• Ability to quickly orient in large amounts of information and extract key points

• Ability to view problems through risk, impact, evidence, and technical context

• Ability to write clear conclusions and defend them in discussions

• English proficiency at least B2; ability to work with technical texts

• Willingness to grow in security and gradually take on more responsibility
