Description

You will advance the DORA strategy and the information security rulebook by defining target protection requirements and implementing controls. You will monitor target-vs-actual compliance, establish a process to determine and track protection needs, and consolidate ICT risk reports for regular board-level reporting. You will also ensure information security compliance in IT projects and infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the DORA strategy and the information security rulebook
• Define target protection requirements and introduce controls to ensure practical implementation
• Monitor target-vs-actual (Soll-Ist) comparisons
• Define and supervise a procedure to determine and assess protection needs
• Evaluate and consolidate ICT risk reports from multiple areas (e.g., BCM, third-party risk management) and provide regular reports to the board (ICT risk report, information security report)
• Monitor information security compliance in projects such as new IT initiatives and IT infrastructure changes

Requirements

• Completed university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Engineering) or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in IT security, information security, or IT compliance (preferably in banking/financial services)
• In-depth knowledge of national and international information security legal and regulatory requirements
• Practical knowledge of common information security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, DORA)
• Knowledge of ICT-related threats and risks, especially regarding ICT resilience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical, structured, solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English
