Description

Support project and clinic build-out activities across HR, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day administration. You will communicate with healthcare professionals, clients, suppliers, and authorities, help plan schedules, and assist with organizing medical examinations and company health days. You also help set up new medical locations—from vendor communication and equipment ordering to process setup and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR and recruitment of healthcare staff
• Help plan shift schedules and ensure related administration runs smoothly
• Communicate with colleagues, doctors, clients, suppliers, and authorities
• Support organization of company health days and medical examinations
• Participate in launching new clinics: coordinate vendors, order equipment, organize steps, and set up and complete processes

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education with a high school diploma (university degree is an advantage)
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style
• Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable communicating and dealing with different stakeholder groups
• Valid driver’s license group B; actively drive
• Ability to travel about 1–2 days per week to client locations using the company car
