• Work pattern: frequent travel to customer sites (daily)

Description

You will support customers by performing service interventions directly on-site. The role includes replacing components (especially notebooks, PCs, and servers), exchanging and configuring other hardware and peripherals, and handling hardware/software troubleshooting. You will also use ticketing tools and collaborate closely with L2 support to solve more complex requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and component replacement at customer locations

• Exchange and configure hardware and peripherals

• Conduct hardware and software service interventions

• Travel daily within an assigned region (mostly across Czechia)

• Handle ticket requests using OTRS, SNOW, and Jira

• Coordinate with L2 support for complex issues

• Communicate daily with end users

Requirements

• Previous experience with end-device servicing (PCs, notebooks) is an advantage; training will be provided

• Strong practical skills (component handling; occasional use of tools)

• Excellent communication skills for daily customer interaction

• Independence and self-reliant work approach

• Active driving license/ability to travel for service calls

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and ability to diagnose faults

• Basic knowledge of networking is an advantage

• Communicative English to understand technical manuals and communicate with others
