Description

You will identify new partners, suppliers, and growth opportunities in the market, and convert retail/e-commerce/pharmacy trends into business cases and successful projects. You will collaborate across procurement, marketing, logistics, e-commerce, and finance, and support negotiations to secure new brands and better commercial terms. You’ll deliver data-based analysis and reporting for leadership and manage initiatives from proposal through final evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate new partners, suppliers, and growth areas

• Coordinate collaboration across procurement, marketing, logistics, e-commerce, and finance

• Build business cases; conduct competitive and customer behavior analysis

• Manage development initiatives from first proposal to final evaluation

• Support negotiations with the procurement team to secure new brands and improved conditions

• Translate trends from retail, e-commerce, and pharmacy into practical initiatives

Requirements

• Business-oriented mindset with ability to link initiatives to revenue, margin, and profit

• Analytical skills: work with data, reporting, and management-ready materials

• Strong communication and negotiation experience with partners, agencies, and international stakeholders

• Project drive to deliver initiatives to completion and propose process improvements

• Compliance mindset: data protection, internal rules, and applicable legislation
