Description

Own the full project lifecycle for introducing dropshipping for Planeo.cz and Planeo.sk—from the first business and process design through technical integration, implementation, launch, and ongoing development. Build a dropshipping solution that is operationally and technically sustainable, expands the catalog without adding warehouse capacity, and preserves a high-quality customer experience and healthy unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the dropshipping rollout for Planeo.cz and Planeo.sk
• Design the target business, process, and operating model (product, commercial, logistics, and technical connection)
• Define what must be built: internal processes, system requirements, partner collaboration rules, and customer model
• Create the roadmap, priorities, and project phases from concept through MVP to go-live
• Coordinate collaboration across e-commerce, IT, purchasing, logistics, finance, customer care, and other teams
• Define partner onboarding and key commerce flows: product listing, pricing, orders, shipping, returns, claims, and reporting
• Define technical integration requirements for partners using feeds, APIs, or other integration models
• Design the customer experience for partner sales on the website and in the cart
• After launch, develop the model further, track performance, and optimize using operational metrics and business results

Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or similar digital environments
• Ability to design solutions and operating models with ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Strong understanding of the e-shop end-to-end flow (products and pricing, ordering, delivery, returns, customer experience)
• Ability to connect business thinking with process and technical requirements
• Capability to structure work, set priorities, and deliver projects through to completion
• Comfort communicating with management, internal teams, and external partners
• Independent, proactive, and able to take ownership of a new agenda
