Description

Maintain and operate CRM applications across productive, test, and developer environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments in cloud environments (Google and Microsoft). Perform 2nd-line support for incidents related to these applications, execute operational tasks, and continuously monitor system health and logs. Automate maintenance processes with CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with users, testing teams, vendors, and cloud provider support.

Responsibilities

• Application maintenance for CRM environments (production, test, development)
• Manage Kubernetes deployments in Google and Microsoft cloud environments
• Deploy changes, configure, update, and install new environments
• Provide 2nd-line incident handling and execute operational orders
• Run monitoring and diagnostics
• Implement automation of maintenance processes using CI/CD

Requirements

• Strong database skills: Oracle (preferred), PostgreSQL (preferred), plus SQL/PL SQL
• Knowledge of SQL-based technologies including MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems
• Several years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes management tools: GitLab, Helm, ArgoCD, Harbor
• Experience with applications hosted in Google and MS cloud environments
• Knowledge of application servers such as JBoss and WildFly
• Monitoring experience with Zabbix and Grafana/Prometheus; log tools such as Loki and Elasticsearch/VictoriaLogs
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Jira
• English proficiency for documentation and communication with Google/MS support
• Availability for shift work and on-call duty ensuring 24/7 availability
