Description

Support the maintenance of production applications running on Google Cloud Platform, including monitoring availability and performance. Analyze logs to diagnose issues, handle IT system incidents, and help with deployments and release fixes. Participate in automation and collaborate with development and other IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production applications on GCP
• Monitor application availability and performance
• Analyze logs and support troubleshooting
• Handle and analyze IT incidents; respond to tickets
• Support deployment of new application versions and fixes
• Participate in automation of maintenance and deployment processes
• Participate in IT projects and rollout of new functionality
• Collaborate with development and other IT teams

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or experience with another cloud platform
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Git and basics of GitLab CI/CD
• Basic knowledge of Docker
• Analytical approach to problem-solving
• Motivation to grow in Cloud/DevOps/Infrastructure
• Independence, responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Prior job experience is not required; technical foundations and learning motivation matter
