Description

You will lead a team responsible for applications covering lending, business partner, and risk management. You own lifecycle management, architecture development, and process steering—from business requirements analysis through to production. You will drive end-to-end DevOps collaboration, manage change pipelines with security and compliance in mind, and translate technology trends (e.g., S/4HANA, cloud, API integration) into concrete recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers, business analysts, and solution architects

• Ensure lifecycle management, architecture development, and process steering

• Promote knowledge building and support design decisions

• Drive end-to-end DevOps collaboration and a shared architecture understanding

• Manage the change pipeline for applications, considering business requirements, architecture principles, IT security, and compliance

• Assess technology trends and derive actionable recommendations

• Translate business requirements into IT concepts and architectures

• Ensure architecture decisions are documented, communicated, and implemented in projects

• Advance standardization/harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models and shape business analysis processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Long-term IT or banking experience, including several years of leadership with professional and disciplinary responsibility

• Experience leading IT projects (ideally standardization, platform strategy, or architecture modernization)

• Strong knowledge of SAP application architecture, integration, and customizing

• Experience with architecture methods (e.g., TOGAF, EAM) and analysis tools

• Solid business analysis skills, including requirements management and process design
