Description

You will lead a team of developers, business analysts, and solution architects responsible for applications around loans, business partners, and risk management. You ensure lifecycle management, architecture development, and process control from requirements analysis through production, while advancing standardization and deriving recommendations from technology trends such as S/4HANA, cloud, and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers, business analysts, and solution architects

• Ensure lifecycle management, architecture development, and process steering for the supported applications

• Promote end-to-end DevOps collaboration and a shared architecture understanding

• Manage the change pipeline, considering business requirements, architecture principles, IT security, and compliance

• Evaluate technology trends and derive concrete recommendations for the team and the bank

• Collaborate with business analysts and business departments to translate business requirements into IT concepts and architectures

• Ensure architecture decisions are documented, communicated, and implemented in projects

• Drive standardization/harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models; contribute to business analysis and prioritize requirements

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable

• Long-term professional experience in IT or the banking environment

• Several years of leadership experience with technical and disciplinary responsibility

• Experience leading IT projects with a focus on standardization, platform strategies, or architecture modernization

• Sound knowledge of SAP application architecture, integration, and Customizing

• Experience with architecture methods (e.g., TOGAF, EAM) and analysis tools

• Solid knowledge in business analysis, requirements management, and process design
