Description

Provide consultative, client-facing advisory services to help Specialty Contractors maximize their use of Procore. Assess business processes and strategic goals to develop solutions, drive continuous process improvement, and realize long-term value from the platform. Partner with internal teams to deliver services, best practices, and rollout/training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to assess strategic goals and business processes and create solutions aligned to client use cases

• Support ongoing process improvement and long-term value realization with Customer Success teams

• Interpret and enhance client strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes

• Synthesize client motivations, operations, and business analysis

• Develop strategies for client operational needs

• Advise on best practices, guide/review/develop SOPs, and support rollout and training strategy

• Improve client business processes using construction industry knowledge and Procore workflows

• Provide high-level service and education through clear communication

• Onboard, train, and mentor team members to foster team culture

• Collaborate across the organization to develop best practices and support product evolution

• Build mastery of Procore offerings, services, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction industry experience transitioning into a fast-paced software training and client advisory role

• Prior experience as Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager

• Experience managing all aspects of project financials (budget, general conditions, forecasting, profit projections)

• Experience managing contracts, change orders, and invoices upstream and downstream

• Experience managing resources (time tracking, productivity tracking, equipment management, labor plans, scheduling)

• Experience establishing SOPs or programs preferred

• Training or software support preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
