Description

Business Analysts in credit cards will support independent, low to moderately complex profit and loss (P&L) initiatives tied to business product and customer performance, marketing outcomes, and operational efficiency. You will translate product and customer growth strategy into clear analysis plans, develop data-driven recommendations using hypothesis-driven data modeling, and build queries, models, and dashboards to support decision discussions. The role also includes monitoring post-launch performance, identifying emerging risks, and collaborating across marketing acquisition, finance, analytics, risk, product delivery, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L initiatives related to business product/customer performance, marketing outcomes, and operational efficiency

• Create business cases across marketing acquisition, credit risk, and analytics; evaluate credit risk, operational impacts, and ROI trade-offs

• Frame business problems and develop recommendations based on data modeling with hypothesis-driven approaches

• Build queries, models, and dashboards to analyze and communicate insights for decision discussions

• Analyze how product variables and features impact customer conversion and go-to-market

• Monitor post-launch performance and document emerging risks using performance data, customer behavior, and marketing results

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes

Requirements

• 2+ years of business analysis, strategy, product, marketing, finance, credit risk, or related analysis experience (or equivalent)

• Willingness to work on-site at one of the listed locations as part of a hybrid schedule
