Description

You will support and optimize existing payment-related IT products, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and align concepts with stakeholders—especially for complex requirements. The role also includes planning and conducting tests (including early steps toward automating test processes) and coordinating interface management with internal and external partners. You will own product responsibilities professionally and provide customer support at 2nd- and 3rd-level, while coordinating project work packages and overseeing development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize existing products, including identification of improvement potential

• Develop and align concepts with stakeholders, including for complex requirements

• Plan and execute tests, including first steps toward test process automation

• Process design and coordination of interface management with internal and external partners

• Assume professional product responsibility for department applications, including customer consulting in 2nd- and 3rd-level support

• Coordinate and take responsibility for work packages in projects and steer development and integration

Requirements

• Relevant degree in a related field or comparable training

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in payments or electronic banking

• Experience supporting and optimizing existing software/IT products

• Ability to develop and align concepts with stakeholders for complex requirements

• Customer consulting competence and ability to build long-term customer relationships

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with quality awareness and initiative

• Strong communication and presentation skills, and teamwork ability
