Description

You will work on IT projects for financial institutions, focusing on business analysis, defining functional requirements, and supporting testing and UAT. You’ll collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects and participate actively in an Agile team with ownership for your topics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and define functional requirements

• Support testing activities and UATs for developed solutions

• Work closely with developers and IT architects

• Contribute in various roles within an international environment

Requirements

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector (preferably insurance or bancassurance)

• Bachelor’s degree (finance, business, economics, IT, or similar)

• English proficiency for collaboration with native speakers (at least C1)

• Very good German knowledge (at least B2/C1)

• Understanding of Agile ways of working

• Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems

• Ability to work in Poland and the EU full-time
