Description

Join a dual Bachelor’s program in Business Informatics with an emphasis on IT Business Analysis. You’ll work in agile teams to analyze and refine requirements, translate them into user stories and business concepts, and document results while supporting implementation. You’ll also contribute to backlog prioritization, process and metrics optimization, testing activities, and the use of AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Work in agile teams on product development during practical phases
  • Derive functional requirements, create user stories and business concepts, document outcomes, and support implementation
  • Analyze requirements with customers, develop ideas, and contribute to new business models
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog; assess requirements by benefit and business value while considering internal strategies
  • Daily alignment with the development team and support of knowledge sharing
  • Design and optimize processes, metrics, procedures, and tools
  • Support testing by creating test cases, test data, and test documentation
  • Use AI tools in daily work, assess data, and implement innovative ideas with new technologies

Requirements

  • Abitur or Fachabitur (completed or expected)
  • Strong interest in IT and business topics
  • Outgoing, communicative, and open personality
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and critical thinking
  • Enjoys agile teamwork and committed participation
  • Very good German skills (minimum C1) and good English skills
