Description

• Support the Product Owner with technical questions related to expanding the core system.
• Further develop different modules of the Guidewire core insurance system.
• Conceptually develop and implement technical specifications.
• Create test concepts and execute tests.
• Model and optimize business and technical processes, and analyze the use of new technical possibilities.
• Lead workshops and working meetings with IT, business departments, and project teams.

Ideal Background and Skillset

• Very good written and spoken German
• Ideally, very good knowledge of analyzing insurance-specific or banking processes, both business and technical
• Experience creating technical and test concepts, and preparing presentations and decision templates
• Experience in project environments and agile software development
• Strong sense of ownership
