Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for problems and malfunctions of software-enabled electromechanical optical devices used by opticians in Germany. You will diagnose issues remotely via PC and phone, resolve them when possible, or escalate to field technicians. You will also learn independently with your team and help ensure high customer satisfaction through close collaboration with Sales and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for software-supported device problems and malfunctions

• Troubleshoot remotely via PC and phone, or forward cases to field technicians

• Independently expand knowledge and experience together with the team

• Support customer satisfaction and collaborate with Sales

• Explain benefits of the full product portfolio to customers

• Identify obstacles and barriers quickly and solve them with Service, Sales, and Marketing

• Capture new customer needs and develop efficient solutions with Marketing, Product Management, and the Academy

Requirements

• German native-level with C2 proficiency

• English B1 or higher

• Live within 25 km of the company site in Ratingen

• Completed technical education/training

• Strong technical understanding and ability to ramp up quickly

• Confident use of digital systems and programs such as Office
